By correcting errors or factors that influence your site to rank low, you can improve and ensure that a website ranks better. SEO analysis is one of the important factors that every blogger or website owner should do while optimizing a website. We did a self study and came up with a list of questions that you can ask yourself while analyzing your website for search engines. Be true to yourself and make the required changes and see you site rank improve.

Are the web pages linking to your web page relevant to the “Keyword”
Do you link to web sites that do not deserve a link?
Do you use the same title or Meta tags for many web pages?
Do a majority of your inbound links come from low quality or spam sites?
How long do your visitors spend time on your web page?
How fast does your web page get new links pointing to it?
Do the web sites which link to your page belong to the same content category?
Do the links on your web page point to related pages?
How often and how many web pages do you add to your web site?
How often do search engine visitors search for your company name or web page URL on Google, Yahoo, MSN?
Is your content very similar or a duplicate of existing content?
Do you participate in link schemes?
Do you sell links on your web page?
Does your web page have any spelling or grammar mistakes?
Is the text surrounding the link to your page relevant to the search term (Keyword)?
